Mr. Joju Madathumpady Johny is a seasoned financial professional with more than a decade of extensive experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and other financial institutions. His career spans multiple financial domains, including secured and unsecured lending, asset financing, deposit mobilization, and financial risk management. With a solid academic foundation in commerce from Calicut University, Kerala, he has developed a keen understanding of financial operations, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric financial services. His expertise in NBFC operations, microfinance, and cooperative financial institutions has enabled him to drive business growth while ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
