Sales Manager

Job Description:

JMJ Fintech Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives in the financial technology space. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients for fintech services and solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage a team of sales executives and monitor performance
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for lead generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
