At JMJ Fintech Limited, we believe that sustainable business growth goes hand in hand with the welfare and development of society. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy reflects our commitment to contributing meaningfully to the social, economic, educational and environmental well-being of communities, particularly underserved, vulnerable and marginalized sections of society.
Our CSR initiatives are focused on creating sustainable and measurable impact through areas such as education and skill development, livelihood enhancement and financial inclusion, healthcare and sanitation, environmental sustainability, women and child welfare, and disaster relief and rehabilitation. The Company undertakes CSR activities in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable CSR Rules, with appropriate oversight, monitoring and transparent reporting.
The CSR Committee of the Board provides strategic direction and oversight for CSR initiatives, while projects may be implemented directly by the Company or through eligible and credible implementing agencies in accordance with applicable law.

Details of CSR Activities Undertaken by the Company During the Financial Year 2025-26
The meeting of the CSR Committee was held on 11 February 2026, wherein the Committee decided to incur a minimum expenditure of ₹5,43,000/- towards CSR activities and resolved to utilize the same for the promotion of educational activities through the Chamber of Commerce, Thrissur. The Managing Director was authorized to finalize the amount to be contributed and to take all necessary steps in this regard.
Accordingly, the Company contributed ₹5,50,000/- towards the promotion of educational activities through the Chamber of Commerce, Thrissur, in furtherance of its CSR objectives.
